Step 1: Fabric Options
Choose from a wide variety of fabric to accommodate any weather condition. Tent fabric requirements differ depending on the location and amount of moisture in the area. You may also want to check with your local fire marshall to see if your area requires a fire retardant finish on tents (indicated by FR in our fabric listings). Take a close look at your options, and remember that every canvas tent must be completely dried before being put away. ALWAYS.
Step 2: Pick A Size
It's important when choosing a size to remember that the heat of a stove can take up room in a tent. When choosing between two tent sizes, we typically recommend going with the larger size. Most customers have more stuff than they realize. If you are including a stove in your order, consider the extra space needed.
Step 3: Basic Features
If you don't change any options and click the add to cart button you will get a wall tent with all of our basic features. Our basic features are the industry standard and are by far most requested options. These basic features include: Uintah Door, Med. or Large Triangel Window, Sod Cloth, and 5" Stove Pipe Insert. Remember that every AAA Wall Tent we sell needs a pole set which is sold separately and can be found as a drop down option for every tent listed on this site.
Step 4: Add Or Exchange Optional Features
If you're looking for a tent with more than the basic options, rest easy. Use the features listed below each tent listing to add windows, doors, roll up sides, and other great features. We also include a text area below each tent listing so you can request special options and include special instructions.
Step 5: Frame Style and Options
Each frame we sell is sold separately from the canvas itself. If you want to include a frame in your purchase, you must select from the frame drop down listings. Our frame options are offered as complete cabin style frames, fittings only, or poles only. We have been known to make tents for traditional pole sets, but only upon request.
Step 6: Select A Stove
The stove is the last step in purchasing a wall tent. Check out our stove section to learn about which stove might be right for you and your size tent. All galvanized stoves must be treated PRIOR to use. Please click here for details...
Step 7: Place An Order
Each online AAA Wall Tent order is handed off to one of our experienced sales staff. They personally check each order to ensure that each additional feature and option is added correctly. Trust us, if we have questions or concerns we'll call to ensure that your order is processed correctly.
